PlumbTraders is the flagship e-commerce Website of our sister company Traders Group. Every part of the Website has been tailor-made by our team, with two considerations in mind. Firstly, how can we make it as easy as possible for customers to find and order the products they require? Secondly, how can we make the processing of their orders as streamlined as possible, in order to provide the highest levels of customer service?

To address the first concern, the Website’s front-end (the customer facing side) is under constant review and evolution. We are constantly implementing an refining functionality designed to help the customer find and buy their goods as quickly and easily as possible.

The second concern is mainly addressed by the Website’s back-end systems. These have been designed to automate as much of the administration of orders, along with customer and supplier communication, as possible. As with the front-end we are constantly looking for ways to improve these systems.
